It starts with the Bid/Proposal
  • We complete an extensive project design and materials takeoff in order to accurately price the project.
  • We complete a comprehensive logistics and materials delivery plan in order to ensure the project is completed as expected.
  • Using our extensive experience, we’ll recommend optional design or construction material substitutions that could save the project money.
  • We arrange pre-construction meetings in order to clearly identify project needs and expectations.

Construction Process

During the Construction Process - We commit to:
  • Using an appropriate amount of experienced framers needed in order to complete the job as committed to. 
  • Making sure all workers dress and act professionally, keep the job site clean, park in designed areas and keep music down to a reasonable level.
  • Making sure workers follow all safety protocols.
  • Submitting all invoices and draw requests in a timely manner.
  • Communicating the project status regularly and to answer and return phone calls promptly.
  • To have a project manager assigned to each project and supply his/her contact information.

The relationship we have with our crews is unique within the industry. Our relationship is more of an “employer-employee” relationship. Essentially, we provide them with a number of benefits that they would not receive from other companies and can’t get on their own.
